The Stork-T injection moulding machine is the perfect solution for producing large technical plastic parts. The clamping units ranging from 800 to 3000 tons can be combined with injections unit ranging from 8600 to 31500.

The T-range was originally introduced in 2000. In 2004 the T-range clamping unit was redesigned accoring the HPM design. The injection unit, hydraulics and control remain original Stork designs.
The perfect interaction between the digital closed loop controls and hydraulics, together with the special optimised clamping system results in reliable and accurate operation. The automatic clamping force control system assures optimal adaptation to the actual requirements, thus avoiding any overload.

The injection units combine high injection capacity with accuracy and reliability. The direct driven plasticising screw is available in special designs, to provide optimal melt quality for every type of plastics. Injection speeds, pressures and back pressure are fully digital closed loop controlled and adjustable in smooth profiles.

Accuracy of all movements is obtained by using the highest possible sampling rates and quick-response components. Total integration of hydraulics, control and mechanics (mechatronics) and the use of servo quality proportional valves mounted close or on top of the actuators result in minimal delays and optimal accuracy.
